Clear terms for using EverCore.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EverCore, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EverCore.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with all laws and third-party platform rules that apply to your use of EverCore.

Subscription and billing

EverCore is subscription based. Pricing and any promotional or Founding Member rates are shown at purchase and may change for new subscriptions. An active subscription is required to use subscription features.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes may also be governed by Apple or another authorized billing platform used for the transaction.

No guaranteed earnings

EverCore does not guarantee traffic, clicks, approvals, rankings, commissions, sales, profits, or income. Affiliate marketing results depend on many factors outside EverCore’s control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the products you promote, the truthfulness of your content, required affiliate disclosures, compliance with advertising laws, compliance with affiliate program policies, and the security of your accounts and credentials.

Third-party accounts and services

EverCore may connect with third-party services such as Apple, AI providers, GitHub, Amazon Associates, and Cloudflare. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their approvals, outages, policies, pricing, account actions, or changes.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all content before publishing or using it.

Affiliate links and disclosures

You are responsible for using valid affiliate links and displaying clear disclosures wherever required. EverCore may provide tools or templates, but the final legal and program-compliance responsibility remains with the user.

Acceptable use

You may not use EverCore to violate law, infringe intellectual property, mislead consumers, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse third-party platforms, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Ownership

EverCore, its design, software, branding, Academy content, and related materials are owned by 7vn Designs LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the original content and business materials you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions required to operate the service.

Service changes

EverCore may be updated, improved, limited, replaced, suspended, or discontinued. Features may change as the product, third-party platforms, and legal requirements evolve.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, security threats, policy violations, or conduct that harms EverCore, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

EverCore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent availability of third-party integrations, or specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7vn Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use EverCore.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as EverCore changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
