Who operates EverCore

EverCore is operated by 7vn Designs LLC. References to “EverCore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean 7vn Designs LLC.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use EverCore, you may provide account information, subscription information, support messages, shop names, publishing settings, affiliate program information, product links, generated content, and other workspace details.

Credentials and connected services

EverCore may require credentials or connection details for third-party services such as an AI provider, GitHub, Amazon Associates, and Cloudflare-powered tracking. Users should never send passwords, API keys, personal access tokens, or other private credentials through email or support messages.

Where supported, sensitive connection information is intended to be stored locally on the user’s device or handled through the connected service. EverCore does not claim ownership of a user’s third-party accounts.

Information collected automatically

EverCore may collect limited technical and usage information, such as app version, device type, operating system version, crash details, connection status, feature usage, setup progress, and click activity associated with published Mini Shops.

Mini Shop click tracking

EverCore may use a Cloudflare-powered tracking service to record when a visitor selects a product link in a published Mini Shop. This may include the shop identifier, product identifier, publisher attribution, timestamp, referral information, and limited technical data needed to route and count the click before redirecting the visitor to the affiliate destination.

EverCore does not claim to track completed purchases or commissions unless that information is separately made available by the applicable affiliate program.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and improve EverCore, process subscriptions, operate publishing and click-tracking features, support users, detect technical problems, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

EverCore may connect with third-party services including Apple, TestFlight, App Store subscriptions, AI providers, GitHub, Amazon Associates, Cloudflare, and other services selected by the user. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate EverCore, process payments, provide hosting or analytics, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.

Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.

Your choices

You may stop using EverCore, disconnect third-party services, cancel your subscription through the applicable billing platform, and request information about account-related data by contacting support.

Children’s privacy

EverCore is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage, device, network, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy
